Vascular Surgery

Jon Peckham is a certified physician assistant who has been practicing in the greater Phoenix area since 2013 after he graduated from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. He has a well-rounded background in healthcare with clinical experience as a P.A. in internal medicine, emergency medicine, trauma surgery, critical care, and has been working in vascular surgery since the beginning of 2017. He has primarily worked with Dr. Stephen Smith in that time, adopting his love for vascular surgery, serving as his right-hand man assisting him with surgeries/procedures, clinic, and hospital rounds. He prides himself on patient-centered care, education, preventative strategies, and taking the time to explain indicated medication and procedures.

Jon is a former college athlete playing football and rugby, and is now is an avid fitness and Crossfit enthusiast. When he is not working or exercising, he is spending time with his beautiful wife, stepdaughter, and 3 rescue dogs.

He is committed to his craft, and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, an associate member of the Society of Critical Care and Society of Vascular Surgery, staying up-to-date on topics in vascular surgery and medicine at large.
